Is he aware that the M3 motorway cuts through Chobham Common, which is one of the great beauty spots in the South of England, and that it is important that the Department's landscaping work should include the replacement of heather and gorse dug up for the motorway?
§ Mr. SpeedI thank my hon. Friend for that suggestion. We shall certainly consider that matter. The planting will be carried out by the Forestry Commission. I hope that we shall be able to meet my hon. Friend's point.
