Motion made, and Question,
That, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the practice of the House relating to the matters which may be included in Finance Bills, any Finance Bill of the present Session may contain provisions for the payment of fees or other charges in connection with services or facilities provided or documents issued in pursuance of Community obligations or inernational agreements or arrangements.—[Mr. Barber.]
