Motion made, and Question,
That provision may be made for making such alterations in the rates or incidence of duties of customs and of drawbacks and other reliefs or in the nature of any relief as may be required to give effect to Community obligations or certain other international obligations of the United Kingdom and such further alterations as may he necessary to avoid inconvenient rates.—[Mr. Barber.]
