§ Mr. MonroI beg to move Amendment No. 107, in page 176, line 35, leave out from 'following' to end of line 39 and insert:
'paragraph shall be inserted at the appropriate place—'.This amendment is necessary because in the Bill we have put into the Education (Scotland) Act 1962 a reference to and definition of "school councils". The Committee took out the reference to school councils but overlooked the removal of the definition from the 1962 Act which had been put in. This puts the position right by removing the definition.
