§ Sir G. HoweI beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said amendment.
This is remarkably laconic, The amendment is for the insertion of one word in the schedule, to include in the list of statutory monopolies in relation to which the director general may not make a monopoly reference that vital commodity, water. There was an oversight in relation to the statutory monopolies which ought to have been included in the schedule. I am sure that the House will not object to this inclusion.
