§ Mr. Patrick JenkinI beg to move Amendment No. 15, in page 12, line 37, at end insert:
'unless the shares or interests are acquired from, or under arrangements made with, a participator in the company who acquired them neither under an approved share incentive scheme nor, without consideration, as the holder of shares acquired under such a scheme.'.This amendment, and Government Amendment No. 16, which it will be convenient to discuss with it, were tabled to meet criticisms of the clause that were made in Committee.
