§ The Minister of State for Northern Ireland (Mr. William van Straubenzee)I beg to move Amendment No. 15, in page 6, line 19, after 'available', insert:
', in the second place where it occurs,'I can deal with this very shortly. It is a drafting amendment which arises out of the fact that in Section 53(2) of the Children and Young Persons Act (Northern Ireland) 1968 the word "available", as I pointed out to the Committee, occurs twice. It is, therefore, right for exactitude of drafting now to make the matter clear beyond doubt.
