I call the hon. Member for Down, South (Captain Orr) to move Amendment No. 27, in page 31, line 37, leave out from 'therewith' to end of line 5 on page 32.

As we have had some discussion on the main subject of the amendment in Committee and as on Third Reading we shall be able to discuss relationships with the Irish Republic, I prefer not to move the amendment.
