§ Mr. Nicholas Scott presented a Bill to provide for the tenants of blocks of flats to form co-ownership housing associations; for a duty to be placed upon landlords whether municipal or private 1769 to sell the freeholds of blocks of flats to such associations and upon the Housing Corporation to finance such sales; and for purposes connected with those matters: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday, 22nd February and to be printed [Bill 61].
