HC Deb 03 December 1973 vol 865 c883
Mr. George Thomas

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. May I have your guidance on a matter arising out of Questions? The Secretary of State for Wales is the Minister responsible for local government and in that capacity he has been receiving deputations about the rate support grant in Wales, but today three Questions on this matter have been transferred to another Minister. I wonder whether you can guide me as to any avenue or remedy which may be open to my hon. Friends who have set down these Questions?

Mr. Speaker

The right hon. Gentleman knows that the arrangements for transferring Questions are not a matter for the Chair.
