§ The Minister of State, Home Department (Mr. Mark Carlisle)This is a drafting Amendment, the effect of which is to ensure that general procedural requirements relating to voting, the recording of the names of those present and the recording of the proceedings and other procedural matters shall apply to meetings of a county police authority in the same way as to meetings of all local authority committees.
