Lords Amendment: No. 369, in page 163, line 9, leave out from "section" to "is" and insert: 19 of the Land Charges Act 1925, as set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Charges Act 1972".

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment.

The Amendment corrects a reference to the Land Charges Act, 1925, which has been affected, since the introduction of the Bill, by the Land Charges Act, 1972.
