§ Mr. DalyellAgainst the welcome background of the number of incoming delegations such as those from the Chinese motor industry and the science delegation which was recently here—clearly, there will be increasing contact—could the right hon. Gentleman, when he is in Peking, raise the issue of BOAC entry to China and also, indeed, any incoming visits from the Chinese State airline to London?
