§ Mr. Speaker acquainted the House that he had issued, during the Adjournment, a Warrant to the Clerk of the Crown to make out a new Writ for the Election of a Member to serve in this present Parliament for Rochdale in the room of John McCann, Esquire, C.B.E., deceased.
