§ Mr. Secretary Rippon, supported by Mr. Secretary Walker, Mr. John Peyton, Mr. Patrick Jenkin, Mr. Michael Heseltine, and Mr. Eldon Griffiths presented a Bill to provide for the reclamation from the sea of certain land for the purpose of the establishment of an airport and a seaport in south-east Essex, and for the development for other purposes 644 of so much of the land as is not required for that purpose; for the granting of planning permission required for the construction and operation of the airport and the seaport; and for purposes connected with those matters: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
