§ Mr. JonesThe right hon. and learned Gentleman will realise that the people of Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire are looking forward to the day when the plans become reality. Will he reiterate and re-emphasise the clear promise given to the people of Carmarthenshire that the Pontardulais bypass, the Carmarthen bypass and the St. Clares bypass will be ready by 1976?
