§ Mr. HunterI am grateful for that reply. I hope that the hon. Gentleman understands the frustration which is felt in Oakley because of the delay.
§ Mr. MonroI appreciate the hon. Gentleman's concern about this. There have been long and detailed discussions. I hope he will realise that the building is rather complicated because it involves the adaptation of the doctors' consulting premises.
