On a point of order. As you will have observed, Mr. Speaker, from the Questions on the Order Paper and the answers, and those on previous occasions, appertaining to Scotland, there have been a number of questions on the reorganisation of local government. There is a great deal of expense involved in this. I wonder whether there is any way in which you could use your good influences to see that a decision by this Parliament is taken on this subject before any more expense is incurred.
