§ Mr. Secretary Campbell, supported by Mr. Alick Buchanan-Smith and Mr. Terence L. Higgins presented a Bill to enable the Secretary of State to develop, maintain and manage, or authorise other persons so to do, harbours in Scotland, made or maintained by him for any purpose, and for purposes connected therewith: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
