Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to secure the provision, as part of the National Health Service, by local health authorities of voluntary vasectomy services on the same basis as the contraception services provided under the National Health Service (Family Planning) Act 1967, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (1) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment which is attributable to provisions of the said Act of the present Session providing for the said services;
  2. (2) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of all sums received, by virtue of the said Act of 1967 as amended by the said Act of the present Session, by the Secretary of State.—[Mr. Patrick Jenkin.]
