Mr. SPEAKER acquainted the House that he had issued, during the Adjournment, Warrants to the Clerk of the Crown to make out new Writs for the Election of Members to serve in this present Parliament: for Stirling and Falkirk in the room of Malcolm MacPherson, Esquire, M.B.E., deceased; for Widnes in the room of James Eugene MacColl, Esquire, deceased, and for Macclesfield in the room of Air Commodore Sir Arthur Vere Harvey, C.B.E., called up to the House of Peers.
