It is another point, Mr. Speaker, but relevant to the other one. It is important to get very official statements properly on the record. You have power, Mr. Speaker, to allow a Minister to answer a Question even if it is not reached at Question Time. In so far as Question No. 13 to the Prime Minister is of vital interest to the people of this nation, would you allow the Prime Minister to answer it?
