§ Mr. CarlisleI notice that in moving these Amendments in another place my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor described them as rather dull little Amendments. That is an accurate description. They are drafting Amendments to take account of the possibility that Section 4 of the Adoption Act, 1968 might be brought in by a commencement order before the Bill comes into effect.
