Queen's Recommendation having been signified

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the Land Registration Acts, 1925 to 1966 and the Land Charges Act, 1925 and related enactments, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase in the expenses of the Chief Land Registrar which is attributable to any provision of the said Act of the present Session;
  2. (b) any payment into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Patrick Jenkin.]
