Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law with respect to sheriff courts in Scotland, and for purposes connected therewith, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (1) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any sums payable by the Secretary of State in consequence of any provision of that Act;
  2. (2) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any sums required by that Act to be paid into that Fund.—[Mr. Buchanan-Smith.]
