Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to establish a public authority concerned with civil aviation, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (1) the making of charges in respect of the performance by the said authority of any of its functions;
  2. (2) the payment into the Consolidated Fund or the National Loans Fund of any sums falling to be paid into that Fund in pursuance of that Act.—[Mr. Patrick Jenkin.]
