Amendment proposed: No. 84, in page 76, line 27, at end insert: (5) In determining, on a complaint under section 94 of this Act, how far any loss sustained by the complainant was attributable to action taken by or on behalf of the employer, no account shall be taken of any pressure which was exercised on the employer as mentioned in section (Pressure on employer to infringe rights of workers) (1)(a) of this Act, and that question shall be determined as if no such pressure had been exercised.—[Mr. Dudley Smith.]
