With respect, may I ask for your clarification on what I thought happened when you called Amendment No. 64? I understood, from what I heard, that the Solicitor-General had proposed it, and you then asked for the "Ayes" and the "Noes". Voices were raised for both, but, apparently because the names of right hon. and hon. Members on both Front Benches appear on the Notice Paper, the normal practice of at least waiting for Tellers was not observed, and you moved immediately to Amendment No. 65—
