asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will now introduce legislation to control rents and provide security of tenure for furnished accommodation.

19. Mr. Frank Allaun

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he intends to decontrol more tenants of private landlords by reducing the present rateable values of dwellings above which tenants are not controlled or regulated; and if he intends to remove all their present security of tenure.

45. Mr. Clinton Davis

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is now in a position to make a statement on the Report of the Francis Committee on policy for rented accommodation.
