I suggest that it will be convenient to take at the same time Amendment No. 26.

§ Mr. Heseltine
The Clause deals with building operations affecting public safety. Some doubt was expressed in Committee about whether that covered the dismantling of cranes and scaffolding. As the object is to bring greater safety into operations of this kind, and it was obviously the intention, though not expressed, to cover these two other subjects, we propose these two Amendments.
