30. Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Attorney-General whether he has yet received the report from the Director of Public Prosecutions on the matters referred to him arising from the article in theSunday Mirrornewspaper of 23rd May, 1971; and what action is to be taken thereon.

The Director of Public Prosecutions has arranged for this matter to be investigated. When inquiries are complete, he will decide whether any action should be taken.
