Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision as to the fees payable for the purposes of Part II of the Medicines Act, 1968, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase in the sums payable out of such moneys under the said Act of 1968 which is attributable to provisions of the said Act of the present Session relating to such fees;
  2. (2) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any increase in the sums payable into that Fund under the said Act of 1968 which is attributable to those provisions.—[Mr. Michael Alison.]
