§ Mr. SpeakerWith the agreement of right hon. and hon. Members, I propose to call the Lords Amendments in a series of groups, the first being Lords Amendments Nos. 1 to 4. I call attention to the fact that privilege is involved in Lords Amendment No. 2. If the House is willing to waive its privileges, I shall see that an entry is made in the Journal to that effect.
There are a considerable number of other Amendments in which privilege is involved. If the House agrees to waive its privileges, I shall see that an entry is made to that effect in the Journal in each case.
