13. Mr. David Steel

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what action he proposes to take following the annual report of the Race Relations Board concerning discrimination in working men's clubs.

Mr. Maudling

As court proceedings concerning clubs are pending, I should prefer not to comment for the present.

Mr. Steel

In that case, I should prefer not to comment either, but will the right hon. Gentleman undertake to say something to the House once the court proceedings are out of the way?

Mr. Maudling

I will certainly consider that.
