That this House will not entertain any complaint of contempt of the House or breach of privilege in respect of—

  1. (a) the publication in advance of the relevant Division Lists or Notice Papers of
    1. (i) a statement of how any Member voted in a division in the House ;
    2. (ii) the contents of any notice of a parliamentary Question or Notice of Motion which shall have been handed in at the Table of the House ;
  2. (b) the publication of the expressed intention of a Member to vote in a particular manner, or to refrain from voting, or to hand in at the Table of the House any notice of a parliamentary Question or Notice of Motion :
In this Resolution the expression 'Table of the House' includes any office authorised to receive such notices.
