| That, except as otherwise ordered by this House, |
| (1) a Select Committee shall have power to admit strangers during the examination of |
| Witnesses unless they otherwise order ; and |
| (2) a Sub-Committee appointed by such a Select Committee shall have a like power |
| except as that Committee otherwise order. |
