§ Mr. Raphael TuckOn a point of order. Twenty-nine Questions were 43 answered by the Foreign Secretary and the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster. Seventeen Questions on overseas aid were put down, of which only five were answered. It appears to be almost impossible to put down a Question to the Minister for Overseas Development which will be answered orally. Would it be humanly possible to bring forward the Questions on overseas aid to begin at Question No. 20?
§ Mr. SpeakerThat is a matter for arrangement through the usual channels, and no doubt they will have noticed what the hon. Gentleman said.
