In view of the emergency debate on the Post Office, it will be proposed that on Monday the rule should be suspended for three hours for discussion of the White Paper on Public Expenditure.
The Television Act 1964 (Additional Payments) Order will be postponed to Tuesday, 23rd February, and will be taken after the Industrial Relations Bill.
