Can he confirm that it is the rôle for which it was scheduled during our term of office and that the target is to reach 5,000 houses for the promotion of industrial expansion in Scotland?
§ Mr. CampbellI must point out to the hon. Gentleman that the starts made by the S.S.H.A. in both 1968 and 1969 were fewer than 3,000. I will have something further to say in the coming debate about additional work for the S.S.H.A.
