Williams, Mrs. Lena Jeger, Dr. Shirley Summerskill, Mr. Emlyn Hooson, Mr. Michael Havers, Mrs. Peggy Fenner, Mr. Daniel Awdry, and Mr. Norman Fowler, presented a Bill to enable matrimonial relief to be granted, and declarations concerning the validity of a marriage to be made, notwithstanding that the marriage in question was entered into under a law which permits polygamy, and to make a consequential amendment in the Nullity of Marriage Act 1971: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 21st January and to be printed [Bill 33].
