§ Mr. Dudley SmithThese three Amendments are linked and their combined effect is to correct an inadvertent grammatical error in the provision in a way which will give the C.I.R. the maximum freedom of choice in the naming of the appropriate parties to further proceedings under the Clause. There is no political significance in this group of Amendments, which is designed to make a non-controversial correction.
