Ordered, That this day the proceedings on the Motion relating to Mersey Docks and Harbour [Money] may be proceeded with at any hour, though opposed, and shall not be interrupted at Ten o'clock: Provided that any questions necessary to dispose of the proceedings on that Motion shall be put at a quarter to eleven o'clock or three quarters of an hour after the commencement of those proceedings, whichever is the later.—[Mr. Clegg.]
