§ Mr. DalyellWhat did the Department learn from the seminar about the early identification of drug taking among young people?
§ Mr. SharplesIt was not the purpose of the seminar, part of which I attended myself, to do that. The seminar was concerned with prevention, the importation of drugs and drug trafficking. It was mainly a seminar for drugs officers in police forces.
