Does he agree that it is vitally important to the stability of world sugar prices that Australian sugar should be maintained within the renewal arrangements of the Commonwealth Sugar Agreements and that it would be going back on the many commitments which this Government have given if they were not to offer full Commonwealth safeguards for Commonwealth trade in the context of the Common Market negotiations?
