I would refer my hon. Friend to the section on the Jaguar in the Supplementary Statement on Defence Policy 1970 published yesterday (Cmnd. 4521).

Can my hon. Friend tell the House anything about the difficulties being experienced with the engines of Jaguar?

Every new plane has certain teething problems. These have not been out of the ordinary.
