§ Mr. Alexander Lyon, supported by Mr. S. C. Silkin, Mr. Norman St. John-Stevas, Mr. Norman Miscampbell, Mr. Alec Jones, and Mr. Emlyn Hooson, presented a Bill to restate with certain alterations the grounds on which a marriage is void or voidable and the bars to the grant of a decree of nullity on the ground that a marriage is voidable; to alter the effect of decrees of nullity in respect of voidable marriages; and to abolish certain remaining bars to the grant of matrimonial relief: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday, 29th January and to be printed.
