That the matter of the effects of the Chancellor of the Exchequer's Statement on Public Expenditure on 27th October, 1970 on the Welsh economy, being a matter relating exclusively to Wales and Monmouthshire, be referred to the Welsh Grand Committee for their consideration.—[Mr. Pym.]
