Gentleman for that assurance, may I ask him to say whether local authorities in the vicinity of heavy goods vehicle testing centres will be required to send trainee drivers to those centres for P.S.V. licence testing purposes and, if so, how far a local authority must be from a centre before an examiner will be sent to the local authority?
