Ordered, That at this day's Sitting the Proceedings on the Motion relating to Parliamentary Expenses may be entered upon at any hour though opposed, and may be proceeded with during a period of one hour after Ten o'clock, or after they have been entered upon, whichever is the later, and that the Proceedings on the Motion relating to Business of the House may be entered upon and proceeded with at any hour, though opposed.—[Mr. Pym.]
