§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe Development Corporation for Wales performs an important rôle in encouraging new industrial development within the Principality and in arranging trade missions overseas of firms from Wales. I am at present considering the question of future Government financial support for the corporation.
§ Mr. JonesI thank the right hon. and learned Gentleman for his reply, but is he prepared to state that the amount of financial support that he will give to the Development Corporation for Wales will be comparable to, or greater than, that given by the previous Administration?
§ Mr. Peter ThomasAll I am prepared to say is that I am at the moment considering the matter.
